2.1 We, the Kevin Spacey Foundation, are both:

3. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU
3.1 Information you give us
We will collect any information that you provide to us when you apply for or receive Support, make a donation to us through the Site, subscribe to our mailing list, contact us via the Site or otherwise get in contact with us whether by post, email or post. This information may include your name, individual address and/or institution address, email address, phone number, individual or company website, payment information and, if you are applying for Support, other information relevant to the type of Support for which you are applying.
3.2 Information we collect about you
3.2.1 We will collect any information contained in any correspondence between us. For example, if you contact us by email or through the Site via our online form, we will keep a copy of that correspondence if we need it for specific purposes.
3.2.2 We may also collect certain information about your visits to the Site and how you use it. This may include your IP address, geographical location, device information, browser type, referral source, length of visit, operating system, number of page views and similar information. This information may be collected by a third party website analytics service provider on our behalf and/or may be collected using cookies. 3.3 Information we receive from third parties
3.3.1 We may receive information about you from third parties where you have consented to such third party sharing your information with us for specific purposes. For example, if you’ve expressed an interest in hearing about one of our upcoming events or hearing more generally about The Kevin Spacey Foundation and our Support.
3.3.2 We may receive information about you from third parties that we work closely with in connection with the Support, delivering our Site, managing our communications and/or managing our events. For example, we use third party payment provider, PayPal to help us collect donations and will receive information that you provide to them about your donation. Equally we may engage or work with a third party to manage our events.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
4.1 You agree that we may use your information for the following purposes:
4.1.1 to contact you about any Support that you have applied for or received from us if we have any information to pass on;
4.1.2 to keep in contact with you (or permit other specified third parties to keep in contact with you) about the work of KSF UK and/or KSF US, the Support and any other support, work, products and/or services that we think might be of interest to you. We will only contact you in relation to such matters (and allow those specified third parties to contact you in relation to such matters) if you have consented to this by ticking the relevant boxes on the applicable forms presented to you when we collect your information. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org;
4.1.3 to provide you with our services and support, deal with enquiries or notify you of changes to our Site and/or Support;
4.1.4 to improve the Site and ensure that content from the Site is presented in the most effective and optimal manner;
4.1.5 to carry out research about general consumer engagement with the Site and Support. We may anonymise and aggregate your information for these purposes; and
4.1.6 to enable us to enforce our legal rights, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our employees.
5. WHO WE MIGHT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH
5.1 You acknowledge and agree that we may share your information between ourselves, KSF UK and KSF US in connection with the administration of the Support, the Site and communications with you. For the purposes of data protection laws, we will be in joint control of any of your information that both KSF UK and KSF US need to process for such purposes.
5.2 You agree that we can share your personal information with:
5.2.1 any third parties that we work with where necessary, again to deliver and administer the Support, the Site and/or assist us with any other relevant services. For example, if you apply for Support we will pass on your information to the relevant panel members in charge of selecting recipients of such Support. We might also engage other third party sub-contractors or service providers to help us host the Site, and manage our marketing communications;
5.2.2 any other selected third party that you consent to our sharing your information with for marketing purposes in accordance with 4.1.2 above;
5.2.3 any prospective seller or buyer of our business or assets, in the event that we decide to sell or buy any business or assets; and
5.2.4 any other third parties where necessary to enable us to enforce our legal rights, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our employees or where such disclosure may be permitted or required by law;
6. HOW WE LOOK AFTER YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW LONG WE KEEP IT FOR
6.1 We use appropriate technological and operational security measures to protect your information against any unauthorised access to or unlawful use. We will retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services that you have requested from us or for as long as the law otherwise permits.
6.2 You acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure and that whilst we will implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, we cannot guarantee the security of data shared over the internet. Therefore please take special care in deciding what information to send to us.
7. WHERE WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
7.1 Our servers are situated in the UK and all of the information that we collect about you will be stored on those servers.
8. YOUR RIGHTS TO THE INFORMATION WE HOLD ABOUT YOU
8.1 You have certain rights in respect of the information that we hold about you, including:
8.1.1 the right to request access to the information that we hold about you;
8.1.2 the right to ask us to make changes to the information we hold about you to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date;
8.1.3 the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes; and
8.1.4 in certain circumstances, the right to request that we delete information that we may hold about you.
