About: Forward Theatre Project (FTP) is a collective of 20 emerging directors, writers and designers, creating original theatre inspired by all the towns, tales and textures of our nation. In a collaboration with Derby Theatre, FTP are creating Clothes Swap Shop Theatre Party, an immersive theatrical experience, featuring performances and design installations which address themes of personal identity and relationship between art and commerce.

Outcomes: The week long research and development period the KSF Grant allowed enabled FTP to create a pack to inform the next stage of the creative process and to build a relationship with Derby Theatre and the communities surrounding it. The piece will continued to be honed and a final performance will be staged at Derby Theatre in 2015.
