About: In a world where all forms of art are made illegal, audiences are invited into a derelict, abandoned theatre. Once inside, they are free to explore, and slowly discover an underground community where artists and performers are secretly creating or staging work.

Outcomes: Having used the KSF Grant to research and develop this piece, Joe is now approaching possible venues in the hopes of staging Situation in 2014.
