About This Project
YPT inspires young people to realize the power of their own voices and is the only professional theater in Washington DC dedicated entirely to arts education. In-school and after-school programming inspires students to realize the power of their own voices through the art of playwriting. In doing so YPT develops students’ language skills and empowers them.
