Seven one-year KSF Scholarships covering $10,000 of the tuition fees are available across the following programs:

BFA Acting
The BFA in Acting is a competitive and comprehensive pre-professional program combining fundamental and cutting-edge actor training.

BFA Acting for Film, TV, Voice-over and Commercials
The BFA in Acting for Film, TV, Voice-over and Commercials is the first undergraduate university program in the U.S. focused entirely on training the actor for work in front of the camera and microphone.

BFA Commercial Dance
The BFA in Commercial Dance is the only one of its kind in New York City offering comprehensive dance training that bridges the gap between classical dance technique and the professional world of commercial dance.

BFA Musical Theater

The BFA in Musical Theater offers elite training by well-connected professionals working in the industry that combines the disciplines of acting, music, and dance.

BFA Production and Design

The BFA in Production and Design for Stage and Screen is an intensive pre-professional degree focused on training young designers and craftspeople for the entertainment industry.

BA Directing

The BA in Directing is a selective and one-of-kind program that develops a student’s skills in narrative storytelling and dramatic action throughout various forms of theatrical expression.
BA Stage Management
The BA in Stage Management prepares students for careers in stage and production management building and strengthening the core skills needed to transition into the professional world of theater and film.

KSF also provides one-year funding support covering travel expenses for 10 students on the PPA’s International Performance Ensemble program.

International Performance Ensemble program
A one-of-a-kind BA theater program in the U.S. that trains the student in the development of an ensemble theater company. The program also offers the opportunity to tour nationally and internationally as part of exchange programs with companies and artists from all over the world.
